Jane Seymour is one of Hollywood's most dynamic beautiful actresses, who has successfully branched out creatively into fine art, jewelry design and even furniture design.

Her roles in film have included over-the-top fun characters such as Kathleen Cleary in "The Wedding Crashers," the memorable Elise McKenna in 'Somewhere in Time" and iconic bombshell Solitaire in “Live and Let Die.”

Ms. Seymour has also delivered classic smallscreen heroines such as Dr. Michaela Quinn, Medicine Woman, to plum guest-starring roles such as Professor Lewis in "How I Met Your Mother."

Saturday, January 8, sees Hallmark Channel airing "Perfectly Prudence," which reunites Jane Seymour and Joe Lando in a movie sequel of Seymour's highly-rated, "Dear Prudence."

The film also co-stars Jane Seymour's husband, producer and director James Keach and her talented daughter Katherine Flynn, a Columbia grad. "She's also a great writer," says proud mum Jane, who spoke with Monsters and Critics at the Hallmark TCA dinner Friday night (January 7).  "This will be the fourth time Katie has worked with me, and when she was very young she had a role in La révolution française as Marie Antoinette’s daughter during the French revolution, which she learned French for and she also had a small role in Dr. Quinn. She also writes and is a terrific actress."

Ms. Seymour was also effusive of her husband's latest film "Waiting for Forever," sharing that this film was some of the best work her husband had ever directed.

“Perfectly Prudence,” a Hallmark Channel Original Movie, is the to Ms. Seymour’s highly-rated 2008 film, “Dear Prudence.”

What makes this an especially wonderful film to savor this Saturday night is that Jane Seymour is joined by her former “Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman” co-star Joe Lando, who has magical chemistry on-screen with Ms. Seymour.

Ms. Seymour stars as Pru, a bit of a Type-A, British Martha Stewart-type who must make some changes for her successful television show.

Pru is surprised when her new producer, Jack (Joe Lando), an old beau, is the one with new ideas for her "baby."  No one likes forced change, and she, of course, resists. There is also a womanizing cad (Adam Kaufman) who enchants Prudence’s daughter Annie MacIntyre (Katherine "Katie" Flynn).

Pru's right hand Nigel (Matt Jones) helps her as she works to rekindle a lost love and protect her daughter from the womanizer, while keeping her show on the right path. The network boss (Keach) is in her corner.
