 Jason has been busy behind the scenes
lately in set design for various plays
at the Evidence Room.
In 2003, the Evidence
Room, for the first time in its history,
presented a classic American play- Thornton
Wilder's THE SKIN OF OUR TEETH which opened
in a production directed by Stefan Novinski
and featured an all Evidence Room cast
starring longtime members Ames Ingham,
Jason Adams, and Alicia Adams. Details |

. a delightful, stimulating show, especially when
it falls into seasoned and responsible hands.
That is the comedy's good fortune now at the Los
Angeles Repertory Company." (LA Times)
In March and Apri of 2003l, Jason was
seen in a production of Mayhem at the
Evidence Room. The play garnered rave reviews.

Jason also did a guest star appearance
in ABC's 'LA Dragnet' The episode was entitled " Well Endowed" and aired in February
2003 (watch for reruns)

Jason
Leland Adams has performed in,
designed, and/or produced more
than 60 plays in regional theaters
around the country, and is a founder
and former artistic director of
the Washington, D.C. Shakespeare
Company. During his tenure with
the company, he produced six shows
that garnered two Helen Hayes
Awards and six nominations. He
was also the 1991 recipient of
the Source Award for his performance
in the title role of Don Juan
of Seville.
He is a member of Actors Leading
Actors, a Los Angeles-based theater
group and the Evidence Room, an
experimental theater company.
He has been a scriptwriter for
National Public Radio, a copywriter
for the Smithsonian Press, and
a cabinetmaker |
