Stylish Seymour

By David Emmanuel - Western Mail
Last week, while I was filming my television series Shop the World in Los Angeles, I managed to make time to meet with the award-winning Hollywood actress Jane Seymour, a client, but more importantly, a friend for many years.

She is happily married to director James Keach, of the legendary Hollywood Keach dynasty. Amazingly, Jane manages to juggle her time with six children, filming, being a spokeswoman for Unicef and selling her artwork which benefits various charities. A busy woman to say the least!
It is always great to catch up with her, whether at home in England or here at her beautiful home in Malibu.

Our stylish chat over tea went something like this:

DE: Where is your favourite place to shop?

JS: In Bath I just love the antique shops for clothes, silver pieces and old lace.

How would you like to be best remembered?

For being real - and trying to make a little difference.

To have managed to get Jane to sit for any time to chat is a minor miracle!
Having been a house guest several times, Jane then showed me around some of the differences to the house she has made since I last stayed. Namely, her vast organic vegetable garden and very impressive art studio - before we all went off to dinner at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant down the hill in the Colony. BLISS! Next week I'm off to Miami. Keep stylish.
