Larry Sellers Biography

Larry Sellers was born in Pawhuska, Oklahoma.

Popular for his role as the Cheyenne Indian "Cloud Dancing" in the hit TV series, "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman",
has accomplished an impressive TV, stage, and film credit history.

In addition to his successful role as "Cloud Dancing", Larry Sellers has also starred in such shows as The Sopranos, Beverly Hills 90210, Walker Texas Ranger, and has also starred in the hit movie, Wayne's World II and Crazy Horse.

The accomplished actor/historian/educator grew up on an Indian reservation in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. He is of Osage, Cherokee, and Lokota ancestry. After graduating from college in Arizona, he began teaching American Indian history. Later, he took on the challenge of becoming a professional stuntman and also had his hand in stand-up comedy.

Larry Sellers has also acquired many personal achievements due to his tremendous involvement, knowledge, and influence with American Indian history. He is a Fellow at the Newberry Library Center for the History of the American Indian and is also actively involved in "RIF" (Reading is Fundamental), a children's literacy program, where he had the opportunity to emcee a program at the White House.

Larry has also acted in several stage plays including The Cherokee Heritage Center's, "Trail of Tears".
