She has one of the most recognisable hairstyles in Hollywood, but now Jane Seymour has ditched her long brunette locks for a vampish blonde bob in her latest movie.

The 57-year-old former Bond girl is well disguised in Freeloaders where she plays ‘a real estate agent from hell.’

The platinum blonde do, which appears to be a wig,is a sharp contrast to the famous curly brown tresses she is known for.

The actress's wardrobe in the movie is so far removed from her usual appearance.

She dons a Bet Lynch type leopard print dress with a leather jacket in one scene and a red patent leather crocodile skin coat in another.

The film tells the story of a rock star and his expensive entourage and also stars Counting Crows rocker Adam Duritz.

The British-born actress said she had to hit the gym to get in shape for the part despite her appearance on US reality television show Dancing With The Stars in 2007.

‘I try and work out. I've actually put on about 12 lbs since then [Dancing With The Stars],’ she said during an appearance on US talk show The View.

'If I make myself work out I can manage to stay in some kind of shape.'

Miss Seymour previously admitted that she had breast implants before going topless for the comedy film Wedding Crashers.

The four-times married actress also admitted having had a 'minor' eyelift.

"It was more than a decade ago. Genetically, I had baggy eyes and photographers said they didn't want to spend money endlessly having to eradicate them,’ she told People magazine last year.

Ms Seymour, who became a US citizen three years ago, first came to public attention in 1973 as Tarot-reading Bond girl Solitaire in Live And Let Die.

The actress has two children from her marriage to her former business manager David Flynn, 27-year-old Katie and 22-year-old Sean.

Katie is also an actress and Miss Seymour credits the time spent with her for helping to keep her feeling young.

'We go to the theatre, or we run through our lines together,' she told Hello! magazine last year.

'And she brings her friends round, which is fun. I'm usually surrounded by twentysomethings!'

'I think Katie is far more beautiful than I was at that age,' she added.
